Bedroom:

• The villa boasts 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 people comfortably.
• One bedroom has been positioned on the ground floor, while the remaining four bedrooms are elegantly situated on the first floor
• In this setting, 3 bedrooms feature a double bed with bunk beds, while the remaining 2 bedrooms offer king beds in ensuite setups.
• Rooms include AC, comfy beds, and greenery for a refreshing stay.
• The villa features a bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom for easy accessibility. On the first floor, two bedrooms are equipped with full bathrooms, while the other two bedrooms have convenient powder rooms.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The villa is equipped with 3 full bathrooms, ensuring a complete set of facilities, and 2 additional powder rooms for added convenience.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

• The expansive air-conditioned living area is situated on the ground floor and can comfortably seat 10-15 people.

• This property boasts a private swimming pool.
• The pool, sized at 28*12ft, reaches a depth of 4.6ft for a delightful swimming experience. 
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Next to the pool, there's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, etc for your convenience.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• Guests have the option to order food from local restaurants for added dining flexibility.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Feel free to explore the entire villa and its surroundings, whether it's taking a refreshing dip in the pool or strolling along the lush green farm-side roads—you have the freedom to do it all. A caretaker resides on-site in his own room and is available whenever you need assistance.

• Exclusively open to mixed-gender groups; boys-only groups not permitted.
• A refundable security deposit of 5000/- is charged at check-in, refundable at checkout, pending any breakage or damage.
