• The villa features 1 well-appointed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• The bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, a comfortable King-Sized bed, and a 28” Smart TV.
• Large French windows allow ample natural light and offer soothing views of lush greenery.
• Roller blinds are provided to ensure comfort and privacy.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided for a restful stay.
• A wardrobe is available for guest convenience.

Bathroom:

• The villa features a total of 2 bathrooms — one attached to the bedroom and one located near the living area.
• Both bathrooms are modern and equipped with geysers for hot water.
• Complimentary toiletries including towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper are provided for guest convenience.

Living Area: 

• Located on the ground floor with full-height French windows that open to a lush garden, creating a bright, indoor–outdoor feel.

• The passage from the kitchen leads to the bedroom and bathroom area.
