The villa has 16 cozy bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, huge lawns, a sit-out with bonfire, and an option to barbeque.

Bedroom:

The villa comprises 16 bedrooms, each designed for a spacious and comfortable stay.

Each bedroom boasts AC, a queen-size bed, TV, sofa, coffee table and stunning views of lush greenery, mountains and a distant lake.

Each bedroom is accompanied by its own attached bathroom, providing privacy and convenience.

There are 16 bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. 2 powder rooms

Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Wardrobes are available.

Living area:

The villa has 4 AC living rooms all adorned with wide-view openings for an immersive experience.

Apart from this, each bedroom includes a living room space furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and TV.

Well-lit and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable and inviting ambiance.

There are 14-seater outdoor and indoor dining tables for the guests.

Bathrooms:

The property boasts a total of 16 private bathrooms, and 2 common powder rooms available providing added flexibility and convenience for larger groups or communal use.

All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Food: View Menu

We have a Kitchen separate from the property taking into consideration your privacy, which offers you a meal package at Rs. 1200/person for lunch after your check-in, evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the bonfire), dinner, and breakfast before you check out.

Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.

The food is made with fresh groceries fetched from the local market and made fresh in front of you. (Kitchen access only for staff)

In accordance with the management's decision, outside food is strictly not allowed.

Leisure:

We have a Projector area with a karaoke music system for movies and matches, for games, we have a Table Tennis table, Cricket, Badminton and Carrom, Board games/Playing cards for leisure and entertainment. Don't forget to spend time by the outdoor swing for all age groups.

Security:

24-hour security on duty, completely fenced, and CCTV in outdoor areas

Make sure you carry an extra change of clothes and don't forget to look out for the stars on cold winter nights.

• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, and bugs as we are in their space.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
• It’s a pet-friendly property, owners are responsible for their pets at all times & suggested to carry their own pet beddings, as pets are restricted from pool & soft furnishings.
• Enjoy complimentary generator use for the first 3 hours; thereafter, it will be available at a rate of INR 1000 per hour.
