GENERAL TERMS & CONDITION
• Check-in & Check-out: 2:00 PM - 11:00 AM (timely check-out ensures a smooth transition for all guests).
• Property Care: Treat the villa with care—damages will be chargeable. Staining charges:
₹500/mattress, ₹100/towel.
• Safety First: No leaning, climbing, or risky activities on terraces/balconies. Kids must be
supervised.
• Power & Wi-Fi: Inverter supports lights & fans during outages; Wi-Fi is complimentary but
depends on network availability.
• Wildlife Alert: Being in nature, insects & small animals may be around—our team ensures a
clean environment.
• Music Policy: Allowed only until 10:00 PM to respect neighbors—violations may lead to fines (you can not get outdoor music system)
• Filming & Photography: No commercial shoots allowed without prior approval.
PET POLICY
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the host. Please inform us in advance to
ensure a pet-friendly stay!
GUEST & PARTY RULES
• Additional guests beyond the registered number are not permitted without prior approval.
• Planning a celebration? 🎊 Let us know in advance! Outsiders beyond the listed guests will be
chargeable. No loud party blasts, fireworks, or colors inside the bungalow.
RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES
• No drugs, illegal substances, or weapons are permitted on the property.
• No firecrackers or Holi colors inside the villa. Let’s keep the space pristine!
• Any activity that disrupts the peace, disturbs neighbors, or violates local laws will lead to
immediate eviction without refund.
SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY
• Guests are responsible for their belongings. Please lock valuables inside the wardrobes.
• The host is not responsible for internal disputes, unauthorized photography, or commercial filming without permission.
• By staying with us, you agree to follow these guidelines for a seamless, safe, and luxurious
experience.
POOL RULES & GUIDELINES
• Pool Timings: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Please respect these hours.
• No Lifeguard on Duty: Swim at your own risk. Kids under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Infants must be held by guardians near the pool.
• Swimwear Required: Only polyester swimwear is allowed. No regular clothing in the pool.
• Shower Before Use: Help us maintain hygiene by rinsing off before taking a dip!
• Pool Safety: No diving, running, or horseplay. Let’s keep it fun AND safe!
• No Food, Drinks, or Glassware in the pool area for safety reasons.
• Personal Belongings: Keep your valuables safe—we are not responsible for lost items.
