The Space

V'là Le RK houses four spacious AC bedrooms and a generous AC living room, giving every guest their own comfort while keeping the group connected. Outside, a private swimming pool, a lush lawn, and an open terrace complete the experience — offering the perfect setting to relax, gather, and enjoy everything Lonavala has to offer. 

Bedrooms

• V'là Le RK features a total of 4 well-appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms, each designed to offer guests a private and comfortable retreat after a day of leisure and exploration
• Every bedroom comes with its own attached bathroom, ensuring complete privacy and convenience for all guests throughout their stay
• The villa's layout places two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor, accessible via a staircase — offering flexible arrangements suited to families, mixed groups, and multi-generational stays alike
• The two first-floor bedrooms open out onto a private balcony, offering guests a lovely spot to start their morning with fresh Lonavala air or wind down with an evening view
• Guests are welcomed with clean, fresh linen and pillows in every room, ensuring a hotel-like experience within the comfort of a private villa
• Each bedroom is fitted with a built-in wardrobe, allowing guests to unpack and settle in with ease — especially appreciated on longer stays

Bathrooms

• V'là Le RK offers a total of 5 well-maintained bathrooms — 4 attached ensuites within each bedroom and 1 conveniently located in the living room area, catering to all guests with ease
• All bathrooms are modern in design and fitted with a hot water geyser, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience at any time of the day
• Each bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries and bath amenities, including shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and fresh towels — so guests can travel light and settle in without any hassle

Living Room

• The living room at V'là Le RK is a spacious, double-height space with a soaring ceiling that brings in plenty of light and an instant sense of grandeur
• A large 55 inches smart TV options is on hand, making it easy for the group to relax and unwind together after a day out
• A tower fan is also provided in the living room for added comfort alongside the air conditioning. 
• Comfortable, generously sized seating offers ample room for the whole group to gather, lounge, and spend quality time together
• A dining area within the living space lets guests enjoy meals together without stepping away from the heart of the home
• Elegant chandeliers, warm wall lighting, and polished flooring lend the space a refined, welcoming ambience throughout the day and evening
• Large sliding doors connect the living room to the outdoor areas, creating a smooth flow between indoor comfort and open-air leisure 

Swimming Pool

• The pool measures 18 ft x 10 ft with a uniform depth of 4.5 ft, making it ideal for a relaxed swim and comfortable for guests of all ages. 
• Surrounded by a spacious tiled deck with mosaic-patterned flooring, the pool area offers plenty of room to lounge, sunbathe, or simply relax by the water
• A built-in pool ladder and steps allow for safe and easy access for guests of all ages
• Elegant outdoor seating and warm garden lighting create a beautiful ambience, making the poolside just as inviting in the evening as it is during the day
• For safety, adult supervision is required for children at all times while using the pool or being around the pool area.
• Only proper swimming pool wear is allowed while using the pool.

Kitchen VIEW MENU

• The villa features a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and water purifier
• The kitchen is operated by the villa's in-house staff and is not accessible for guest use
• Meals and refreshments are prepared and served by the caretaker on request

Meals & Food Policy

• All-Inclusive Food Packages: Delicious, home-cooked meals are prepared right at the property. Packages start at INR 1400 per person and include a comprehensive selection of four daily meals: breakfast, lunch, high-tea, and dinner.
• Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian Options: Menus feature a variety of flavorful dishes tailored to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.
• Outside Food is allowed
• Menu options available; pre-orders recommended for timely service

Guest Access

Guests enjoy complete and exclusive access to the entire villa throughout their stay, including all four bedrooms, the living room, dining area, and bathrooms. The private swimming pool, lawn area, and terrace are reserved solely for villa guests, ensuring a fully private experience with no shared spaces. All indoor and outdoor amenities are available to use and enjoy freely, and on-site caretaker and support staff are on hand to assist with any requirements while respecting the privacy of your group.

The kitchen is operated by the villa's in-house staff and is not accessible for guest use

Please note that a small storage room connected to the living room is not part of the rental and will remain locked for the duration of your stay.

Additional Information 

• We allow a maximum of 2 trained pets, with additional charges
•  A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is collected at check-in as damage protection and is returned in full at check-out, subject to no damages to the property. 
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• ⁠We have 2 cycles available at the Villa for ₹500 for 2 hours each (2 hours is the minimum we will give. Above that ₹500 will be charged for next 2 hours)
• The property is set amidst nature, so insects and bugs may be present occasionally.
• Stags and All boys groups are allowed
• Bonfire service can be arranged at an additional charge.
• CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for security purposes. 
• Generator backup is available to manage power cuts.
