This fully air-conditioned luxury villa features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern washrooms, spread across multiple levels to ensure privacy and openness. High ceilings, large windows, and tasteful interiors fill the home with natural light, creating a warm yet sophisticated ambience throughout. It includes a grand living room, a functional kitchen for light use, a private swimming pool, and a beautifully landscaped garden with curated outdoor seating. A serene terrace and balconies provide open-air spaces to unwind and enjoy Karjat’s peaceful surroundings.

-The living room features a 75- inch TV, a 7-seater sofa set, and air conditioning for a comfortable and relaxing space.

-A small lawn area just outside the living space features a 3-seater swing, outdoor lounge seating with a coffee table, adding a touch of fun and relaxation.

-The villa features a private 18 ft × 9 ft swimming pool with a comfortable 4-foot depth, ideal for a refreshing dip and relaxed leisure time.

-Cozy 4-seater sitting area next to the swimming pool, perfect for unwinding and enjoying relaxed moments by the water.

-Outdoor seating spaces in the lawn offer a warm setting for evening conversations over chai, with a barbeque grill available—adding to the overall charm of the stay.

-Perfect for families, friends, or a quiet retreat, combining leisure and comfort in one space.

-Towels are provided, and guests are advised to supervise children at all times while in the pool area.

Kitchen & Food

- The kitchen space is equipped with a modular kitchen, microwave, water purifier, refrigerator, Juicer & mixer, and a kitchenette/cutlery for your convenience.

- Please note that access is for reheating or small preparation only – tea, coffee, Maggie - not for full meal preparation.

- Food packages start at INR 1200 per person for vegetarians and INR 1400 per person for non-vegetarians, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner).

-Guests are welcome to bring their own cook for full-fledged cooking, subject to additional utility charges.

-BBQ facility is available at an additional charge of ₹1,000 per session (average quantity). The cost does not include food items.

- Outside food is allowed.

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen (for light cooking and reheating), terrace, and outdoor areas. They can also enjoy amenities such as the swimming pool, and seating areas freely during their stay.

-Only mixed-gender groups and families are permitted; stag (all-boys) and bachelor groups are not allowed.

-The property is set in a natural environment, so guests may occasionally encounter insects or bugs.

-Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly.

-Bonfire facility is available at an additional charge of ₹1,000.

-CCTV surveillance is installed in common outdoor areas such as the verandah and entrance for security.

-Guests are requested to bring indoor slippers.

Guests are kindly requested to bring their own slippers to wear inside the house for comfort and hygiene.

Note- The villa is located within a gated community. Please note that there is some construction activity currently ongoing in the nearby vicinity.
